These different tests check for various blood toxins and other environmental toxin exposure.
The Blood Mercury test is used to monitor exposure to mercury or mercury poisoning. Mercury is a toxic substance and overexposure can lead to a variety of detrimental health issues. A significant deviation from the normal range may require further evaluation by your physician.

Monitor exposure to selenium; detect selenium deficiency. Selenium is produced as a byproduct of copper refining and is used in electronic semiconductors, as a decolorizing agent for ceramics and glass, and as a vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry.
